DAY 01 -
Depart from New York (JFK) to New Delhi on Jet Airways. Enjoy
dinner, movie and complimentary cocktails in overnight flight.
DAY 02- WED -NEW DELHI (B in-flight)
Arrive Delhi’s International Airport. The group will be met at the
airport by the group’s professional escorts. Depart for hotel by
Deluxe air-conditioned bus. On arrival at the hotel, check-in for
your overnight stay.
DAY 03 - NEW DELHI (B, L, D)
Today, depart for Combined sightseeing tour of Delhi. Delhi
consists of two distinct parts. Old Delhi exhibits India's history
of Muslim rule. There are mosques, forts and monuments
depicting the Muslim touch. New Delhi was established as the
capital by the British. This part of the city has the government
buildings and some monuments of historical significance.
After breakfast you will depart on a tour of In Old Delhi. You will
visit the massive Red Fort (built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan
in 1648), Jama Masjid (India's largest mosque built between
1644 and 1658 by Shah Jahan) , the crowded bazaars of
Chandni Chowk and the cremation sites of various important
political leaders like Mahatma Gandhi (Raj Ghat), After lunch at
a local restaurant, in New Delhi, you will visit Qutab Minar, built
by Qutab – Ud – Din Aibek in 1199, 73m in height, this tower in
Delhi tapers from a diameter of 15m to 2.5m. There are five
distinct storeys, each of which has a protruding balcony.
Humayun’s Tomb drive past the President’s House, Parliament
House, India Gate (This arch of triumph bears the names of
several thousands of Indians who lost their lives during first
world war), Lakshminarayan Temple and Connaught palace.

DAY 04- NEW DELHI/AGRA (B)
After Breakfast you will leave for Agra . Agra, strategically
located on the banks of the Yamuna and along the Grand Trunk
Road flourished under the patronage of the emperors Akbar,
Jahangir & Shah Jahan. Attracting artisans from Persia and
Central Asia, and also from other parts of India, who built
luxurious Forts, Palaces, Gardens and mausoleums. The
Romance of the world’s most famous building – Taj Mahal, still
astonishes in its power. In addition to the Taj Mahal, Agra
houses the great monuments of the Red Fort Arrive Agra &
transfer to Hotel for your check-in.
In the Afternoon, proceed for a Half day tour to the most
extravagant monument ever built, The Taj Mahal & The Agra
fort , visit the local bazaar.

DAY 05- AGRA (B)
After Breakfast at Hotel proceed to visit Itmad-ud-daulah. This
marble tomb was built during 1622-1628 A.D. by Noorjahan in
the memory of her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. It is also an
epitome of 'Pietra Dura' - the inlay work on marble following the
lines of the Taj Mahal, after that proceed to visit Sikandra The
tomb of Emperor Akbar presents a perfect blend of Hindu and
Muslim architecture. Its construction got completed in 1613 A.
D. and has been retained in its best possible form.of to the
most extravagant monument.

DAY 06- AGRA / SAMODE VIA Fatehpur SIPRI (B) (D)
After Breakfast at Hotel proceed to Samode (which will take
you approximately 6 ½ hours). On the way visit Fatehpur Sikri -
the deserted red sandstone city that was built by Emperor
Akbar as his capital and from there continue the journey on to
Samode, with in the four walls you can almost believe you are
in another world. The view of the façade is rather imposing; the
main building fans out to the sides and a series of balconies,
one atop another, are set in the center. Fretwork screens run
all along the length of the top floor and the family standard
flutters from the curved roof emblazoned with its coat of arms.
Gala Evening at the Samode Palace.
We arrival at village entrance gate, transfer to the Palace in a
camel cart procession accompanied by local musicians and
mashaals (burning torches), through the quaint village of
Samode with its cobbled streets. Timing is such that the group
arrives at the Palace at sunset, the Palace is magnificently
illuminated.
As the guests enter the gates of the palace, flower petals are
showered on them and girls in Rajasthani costumes garland
everyone as they enter. A traditional turban will be tied to the
head of the male guests. Champagne cocktails are served in
the Sheesh Mahal or Hall of Mirrors, which is embellished by
the exquisite craftsmanship of jewelers who have created a
wonder in glass.
After cocktails, proceed to the grand Durbar Hall for an
evening of cultural extravaganza. The ambiance goes back
over a period of four hundred years when the king and his
lieutenants would sit the cushioned floor and dancers would
perform in the central area. As you dine in regal style in
traditional silver thalis (plates), local dancers and musicians
perform.
After dinner, coffee is served on the terrace and the group will
witness as a grand finale, an elaborate fireworks display
against the mountainous landscape
DAY 07- SAMODE / JAIPUR (B)
After Breakfast drive to Jaipur . On arrival in Jaipur proceed for
half day excursion to Amber Fort. Amber Fort is a marvellous
example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts
reflected in the Maota Lake below. Go up the fort on the back
of a elephant / Jeeps. The interiors of the fort has various
royal halls decorated with intricate ivory, mirror and glass work
complemented by exquisite wall paintingsAfternoon visit the
City Palace Museum where you can see an imposing blend of
traditional Rajasthani and Mughal Art. The museum is
resplendent with its collection of robes of royal princes,
carpets, an armoury of old weapons, miniature paintings
portraying court scenes, battle scenes and processions, Also
visit the awe inspiring Jantar Mantar (an accurate observatory
built in 1726 AD). Also included is a photo visit at the Hawa
Mahal (Palace of Winds) - a five storied wonder with a
spectacular Pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with
latticed screens, domes and spires.

DAY 08- JAIPUR / DELHI (B, D-in flight)
After Breakfast at Hotel leave for Delhi(). Arrive Delhi and
transfer to hotel
Late evening transfer to airport for onward connecting
flight.
