What methods of Payment do you accept?
Soul Planet Travel accepts, checks, money orders , and credit/debit cards via pay pal. Payments can be mailed to:

How do I make a pay pal deposit or payment ?
You can use the link from the web-site or email me at soulplanettravel@aol.com. I will email you a pay pal invoice.
How do I reserve my place on a Soul Planet tour?
Your space is reserved as soon as we receive your deposit.
Do I need a passport ?
All U.S. Citizens traveling overseas are required to have a valid passport. Most countries require at least six
months validity prior to the expiration date. Brazil also require that you get a visa. Return to top
Do I have to get shots?
For international travel, depending on where you are going, we will inform you of any vaccinations that you will
need. For domestic travel, most of the Brazil, and Europe, no vaccines are normally necessary. For travel to the
Amazon shots are needed.
What if I have to cancel my tour?
If you must be cancel a tour or trip, your money will be refunded, other than the non-refundable deposit, as long as
you cancel prior to your final payment date. We are bound by the cancellation penalties of our suppliers and penalty
are charged after the final payment date.
Do you recommend that I purchase travel insurance?
In order to protect your trip and provide you with peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel
insurance. You may wonder why you should buy special insurance for your vacation. It's not just your investment
you'll be protecting; you're also protecting yourself and your family. If you are involved in a car crash, injure
yourself, lose your luggage during your trip, become ill, have to cancel your cruise, or are delayed en route and
miss your connection, your ordinary insurance policies may not protect you! We will be happy to provide you with

What are the benefits of group travel?
You usually can get a better price through group travel .The term "safety in numbers" applies very well to group
travel. As part of the travel group, you come to know the people you are traveling with and this helps to make
being in unfamiliar surroundings much more comfortable and enjoyable.As part of a travel group, you find that you
have much in common with your fellow travelers and, as you explore new sights and enjoy new experiences, you
will find that sharing these moments with others helps to enhance your enjoyment. During your leisure time you can

Hotel Rooms-What is double occupancy?
All tour prices are quoted base on a double; or two people sharing a room. Single rooms are always available with
a single supplement charge. All the hotels we use are in great locations and with private bathrooms. Return to top
Do you find room mates for single travelers?
We will help match you up with a room mate if you wish. We take into account gender, age, smoking preference
and geographical location. Not always will we be able to find a roommate. Return to top
What does "Land Only" mean?
A tour that does not include air. . The Brazil tour includes air from
